The Alta Etruria APS Chefs Association, as part of the Eccellenze di Gusto event, with the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry, Tuscany Region, Municipality of Asciano, and with the contribution of the international organization A.C.I.R., in collaboration with the Venerable Company of Chefs, is organizing the "Il Cibo della Terra" Award, which is open to all and free of charge.
The aim of the award is to tell and share emotions, experiences, and memories through images, highlighting landscape or urban views, traditions, spontaneous or innovative moments related to food and the culture of the table. The images can capture what is evocative for the artist: a wheat field or other crops, vegetable gardens, animals or farms, glimpses of an alley enriched with aromatic plants, typical dishes or phases of preparation, convivial moments, etc., as long as they are set in a specific territory.
