Every second Sunday of the month, residents of the Municipality of Asciano have the special opportunity to visit two of the area’s most important museums free of charge: the Palazzo Corboli Museum and the Cassioli Museum.

This initiative is designed to promote local cultural heritage and give citizens the chance to rediscover their historical and artistic roots in an accessible and engaging way.

The Palazzo Corboli Museum, housed in a splendid 13th-century building, showcases masterpieces of Sienese medieval and Renaissance art, along with a valuable archaeological and ceramics collection. The Cassioli Museum, on the other hand, is dedicated to 19th-century Sienese painting.
