190 years since the birth of the poet who celebrated the grace of Asciano
We are pleased to invite you to a new APPOINTMENT AT THE MUSEUM at the Palazzo Corboli Museum in Asciano, on Saturday, July 27th at 5:30 PM!
The protagonist will be the poet Giosuè Carducci, on the occasion of the 190th anniversary of his birth.
But what is the connection between Carducci and Asciano? Professor Carlo Caruso, Chair of Italian Philology at the University of Siena, will guide us through documents and stories related to the theme, offering interesting anecdotes and curiosities.
We won’t spoil too much... We look forward to seeing you at the Museum!
